In 1997, Westchester Church was formed to boldly reach young families needing a solid spiritual foundation in south Grand Prairie and surrounding communities.  With a contemporary, cutting edge format, our mission is simple.  We are ordinary people with an extraordinary message, offering individuals and families a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ, and creating an opportunity to develop that relationship into a radical life, hope, and a promising future.  

Meeting in the United Artists Theater since 2003, we welcome people who might not otherwise attend services in a conventional church building.  We also embrace our unique home and visible location to produce ‘out of the box’ events and ongoing ministry designed to 'hit the target' with GP residents.  Some of those include Drive-Thru Breakfasts, Trunk-R-Treat, and the Westchester Car Show. 

WC owns 17 acres in south Grand Prairie, and continues to seek God’s leading and timing in how we can use that property to glorify Him. 

Our focus remains constant... to forcefully advance God’s kingdom, and to invite people to discover, develop, and display genuine devotion to Jesus Christ.
